I always thought shorts and heels was a hookerish look.
And you're right, the only way that works is with a suit that has long shorts instead of pants, but the heel needs to be a classic pump and not a fuck me stiletto.

I'm a leg man, so stockings, high heels, thongs, short skirts anything like that - there is absolutely nothing hotter. To me, high heels are never sleazy - maybe slutty (in a good way) but always sexy.

Sleazy is a tough call for me - in the bedroom, I don't think anything is sleazy, even if it's supposed to be "sleazy role-play."

But out in public, the things I think are sleazy are obvious fake tits, fake tans, botoxed lips - basically anything that makes a girl look like an obvious porn star rather than a sexy confident woman.

And showing too much skin in public CAN be sleazy - unless it's a secret dare

In the right context, (or depending on tastes) "sleazy" can also be hot.
