BASE jumping

Hi

Has anybody here ever done a BASE jump (Building.Aerial.Structure.Earth)? I have watched a couple of youtube videos and it looked great. I was just keen to hear if anybody had taken part in one.. i'd be keen to hear how you got into it as i am interested in doing one myself - moreso off of earth than a building.

Also, what other pursuits have you done? sky diving? rock climbing? i'd like to hear some of your daredevil antics.

lol But was it using very sharp knitting needles?

I've thought about hang gliding myself, but truthfully, I don't think I can do it... unless it were a really low mountain... and I have on 2 parachutes eek in case... lol

I'd rather sky dive ahead of base jumping and/or bungee jumping. I don't think I've got the nerve to single handedly fling myself off a building.
