2.) it can be a throw back to old-school b horror movies (which teeth bears resemblance to) in which man's nuclear ambitions become his demise

in fact....its probably both, which would be in keeping with the general theme of the movie (albiet from a less feminist perspective)

btw, i just saw this sunday

no, waste it! i saw it and while it's no "showgirls", it's definitely a minor modern camp classic.

plus the son from 'nip/tuck' is in it and he is scantily clad through much of the movie. and he doesn't look as much like michael jackson as he does on nip/tuck. bonus! drool

i bet jackie hoffman's brilliant monologue about why she likes to sit on her hand was edited from the neuter version. that was one of my favorite parts.
