Have you ever walked out of a movie?

I havent, but I did fall asleep during Lake Placid and to this day Ive never seen it since.

If you have, which movie was it and why?

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Yeah - two.

"Born on the Fourth of July" - Just absolutely depressing. I'd had enough after about an hour.

"Howard the Duck" - Worst movie ever. The protagonist was totally unlikable.

I WISH I'd walked out on "The Village". When the credits rolled, involuntarily I stood up and said, "Hey - when does the REAL movie start?" No one could believe that movie was so bad.

"Guitar" on Leno is the greatest performance in the history of rock ' roll

I think I walked out of a James Bond movie when I was about 14.

I'm not a fan of James Bond.

No but Bruce Willis holds the dubious honor of being the only actor starring in TWO movies that I couldn´t bother to finish watching. I brought them back to the video store after 25 minutes. ( There were a couple of months in between both films..one was, by the way, Hudson Hawk ).

there was a bruce willis one about a hostage situation in a house, i think his daughter was in it, i went to bed early on that one and found out what happened later.

but i usually have to see it through no matter how bad.

i walked out of that self-indulgent piece of crap "venice venice", and i wanted to walk out on "clone wars" but i kept giggling helplessly every time that stupid-ass baby Hutt came on the screen, so i suffered through it.

it was really freakin bleak but it had some interesting ideas. i saw it on DVD and i don't think i'd ever want to watch it again, but i'd recommend it as a rainy-day movie i guess. shrug

Me too. Not exactly a feel-good flick, but interesting enough.

I believe the only movie I've walked out of a theatre on was the British film Raining Stones. Dry as a bone. Maybe now that I'm older, I'd better appreciate it.

My mom also had to leave with me from King Kong (1976). But that was due to an impending bowel catastrophe. redface

I haven't. Only because I'm either:

a) hoping it will get better

or

b) anticipating the sweet moment after the movie when I can unleash my disdain.

I've slept through a few movies that were boring -- just to spare whoever I'm going with, never really just up and stormed out.

It was an awesome movie, however my baby needed something that was way more important.

BTW if you have not already done it watch Layer Cake

All I remember is one dude just tells a chick to get naked and she did. I was like "sweet titties, but I gotta get out before I get any dumber".
