dinner!!!

I just had the loveliest dinner EVER!

Started with baked yam crisps with kalamata avocado dip.

Then had fennel-ginger tempeh with sauteed leek tops on a bed of quinoa. And nice glass of an argentian pinot grigio.

And finished with mango pudding with bitter chocolate, brazil nut avocado and tamarind.






What did you have for dinner?

VEGAN Thai curry mushrooms with onions, green peppers, and zuccinni. It was amessing.

Mon's gone vegetarian from Monday to Friday, but eats chicken on the weekends. More to lose weight than anything else though.

Breakfast time here. I'm having guayjap soup.

Noodles, liver, kidney, cubes of blood, crispy pork, chives, pepper and a little chili vinegar. Not everyone's thing, it has to be said.
