What is it? And why do you think it has such a strong effect on you? The scene where the girl,(charlie Theron) is leaving keanu reeves in sweet November "Got a shape like a bottle of co-co-co-cola" ~Susan, Apollonia 6

radiohead's videotape usually wrecks me every time. All Americans, no matter their race, no matter their sex, no matter their sexual orientation, should have that same freedom to marry - Mildred Loving

i think part of it is that the little boy reminds me so much of myself when i was little - being a latch-key kid, having a single parent, being in a world where i had to entertain myself most of the time so i developed an overactive imagination and a love of robots and comics and all that crazy boy stuff that i still haven't grown out of. i think the other part of it is just how sweet and innocent the robot is, and how it has no idea how powerful it is until the boy has to say "you are not a gun". oh no, i'm tearing up just writing that! it's just the sweetest movie ever and it touches on a lot of things that mean something to me. I never saw that movie Wall-E made me cry for the same sort of reasons. Innocence... In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

i was talking about this with someone recently, and we both realized that we had a tendency to cry while listening to radiohead on our headphones while riding in public transit. try it sometime if you need a good cry - any radiohead album will do!

When Buffy says... "mommy" OMG.... that shit is harsh!!! I like the fact that it's so real and honest. No sad music playing in the background, no vampires attacking her (except the one at the very end), it was a straightforward, real life accounting of death. Heartbreaking.

It was very very very well done. But, I also cry when Xander loses his eye. In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

I think it was the following episode when Willow and Xander are in the hospital after he loses his eye and they are joking about how he can be a pirate and wear a patch and have a parrot on his shoulder and Willow's laughing suddenly turns into crying. I thought that was incredibly sad.

I liked Selena...i don't think I cried. The rest I have no idea about. I wish I spoke spanish. The scene after Selena gets shot and her family is in the hospital and they find out that she has died makes me bust out in tears every single time. I know what's going to happen, but I still do it. I'd translate the lyrics for the song, but I'd cry if I read them And I swear I just shed a tear just thinking about that damn song FauxJokie![]()

I forced Rich to watch some of it the other day and HE FELL ASLEEP! He said it was and I qoute " A suckfest, even before a vampire showed up." I tried to tell him Angel is better, but he won't even watch one episode. He does sit through Supernatural each week though... so I'll I can't complain too much.
