Sometimes I like grilled onions on a burger, & I can tolerate a slight sprinkle of green onion on pizza - other than that, me no likey But I always use them for flavor in cooking, I just don't want them to be apparent...

The sweet, red ones from Greece are my favourite. I love the smell of fried onions and/or garlic.

Yes, I love them!

Raw & cooked.....simmered shallots with water, balsamic vinegar & sugar, to die for

PS the red onions I put in my potato salad are the best!

Mmmmmm Onions!
Im cooking some up with mushrooms for steak and some more with dill with new baby potatoes for supper! I love onions, I just avoid them if I need to do something important and know Im going to be close to someone, but there is always a toothbrush and gum!

Love them and I put them in or on almost everything.

I like onions...I just hate touching them.

I love adding chopped shallots to meals. They're not as over-powering (food-wise, breath-wise) and they retain their character really well. I especially like them atop mushroom-provolone cheeseburgers.
