Sad but true and I have to spend so much money after they leave just to prepare the house to be shown to potential renters. Not to mention muthafuckas don't pay on time. I'm so over it. I shoulda bought some land and called it a day. Oh, well.

I second that. I'm currently living with my tenants in the building I own. They don't know I'm here....there was puke in the foyer this morning
