what colour are your eyes? I reckon you could rock this look, heaps better than me You could totally do it. You'd look all mysterious and sexy. My eyes are blue. I just use a ton of black eyeshadow and eyeliner, and then some gray or silver to smudge the edges. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion applied beforehand will help it stay on and not crease: 
Some thick black smudgy eyeliner in the upper and lower rims (pull the bottom of your eye down and really get it all over that pink rim of your eye, then pull up your eyelid and get the upper, and don't forget the inner corner). I like Bad Gal by Benefit: 
Get a couple of good brushes (you don't need a whole set, but get at least one fine liner brush and one medium size applicator brush, none of that spongy Q-tip shit that comes with the makeup): 
And some smoky black and gray (or silver, or plum - sexy!) shadows: 
Line around your eyes with the little liner brush, then take the medium brush and gradually start painting on more, adding gray or silver to the outer edges to blend and smudge. And definitely lots of black mascara! 
I also found this little tutorial for a more realistic, less Queen of the Goths look

I'm about 15 years older than her in this video how come you know so much about make-up? I've been playing with it a lot lately for fun, and whenever I get into something I'm all over the internet for tips on doing it right. I always hated shopping, so I never bought myself fun makeup or clothes. My honey is more of a shopper, so now that we're together he motivates me to walk around stores and actually pick things out to try. Plus he acts a damn fool and makes me laugh the whole time so I forget I'm actually shopping.in my mother's bush | |

Benefit has all kinds of fun products that look weird but highlight different areas of your face and really make your complexion look bright and young!
