This is pretty much how I feel about it also. There are times when I'm lazing about the house that I just feel the need to take it off, but overall, I've always got one on unless I'm sleeping and I don't think twice about it.

Of course, I walked to the store the other day without one on as I was doing laundry and when I caught my reflection in a window walking by I was pretty impressed if I do say so myself. Considering their size and my age they're doing damn well.
