Handing in your resignation

I have to hand in my resignation today for my position in Korea. I have only been in my current post about 2 months and I feel a bit anxious about telling my current boss. Just for reassurance purposes, everything should be alright shouldnt it? confused

Mate don't worry. It is business, just be factual and grateful for the opportunity that you were given when you joined.
It will be fine

It is never easy...

I think the last time I did it was the hardest. I had 3 female bosses and one of them knew it was coming long before it happened. She asked me to wait as long as I could before I told the other two. They started asking questions (being women and all...) so I told them what my plans were. They told me that they needed at least a three month notice before I handed in my official resignation.
I honoured their wishes, then I had 3 months of hearing them whine, complain, guilt trips and them trying to get me to change my mind.
I still get the occasional email of my immediate boss complaining about my replacement.
I miss all of them.

I know you are doing what is best for you so you have to just think about your future.
You will be fine.
Good Luck.

it's your choice man, if you wanted the job when you went for it
and now something unsuspected has come up to make you have to do
this, they should really understand.

they probably won't be too thrilled but it's your life and your
future.

i've handed in my resignation twice now in the timespan of just
over 5 months, lol.
