The top three I don't remember shit after we finished drinking. The Soju had me drunk for two days. With the Hurricane, it was an extreme challenge to walk across Jackson square to the car. Thank God my aunt was there to drive.

Now, I prefer White zinfadel and Moscato. If it is hard liquor it is mixed. I am a light weight now.

Welp, off to go bake for tommorrow.

I'm trying a new eggnog recipe from the NYT:

3 oz Roquefort cheese
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup poire William pear brandy.I'll go with half a cup. (When the bottle is done, you can poke holes in the pear and add vodka)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

The cheese and cream are combined and sit in the fridge for a day.
The egg yolks, sugar and brandy are whisked and chilled.
Strain the cream mixture and whip until stiff peaks, then fold into the egg yolk mixture. Whisk the egg whites until fluffy then add salt and continue to beating until stiff peaks. fold into cream mixture and chill for one hour.

Indeed, You know not ting gets past Legs. One of my family friends from Jamaica brought a bottle of this stuff back along with the regualar Appleton. After I took a taste of that overproof, I never touched the stuff again. It's powerful than mutha and I still have the bottle of it in my bar now and most can't touch it.
