eek guys, is this really true?

Is this part really true?, if so this is news to me..... i thought rape was like, penetrating a woman with your penis.

ANYTHING that violates a woman against her own personal consent, in a sexual manner is rape.

Rape is not about sex, but rather violence, control, and humiliation, and if a woman considers fingers on her vagina rape, then it's rape.

I wonder if there is an international standard for what is rape hmmm

I know that statutory rape ages change from country to country. But the act of "rape" as in nonconsensual acts, I would hope, is pretty much agreed on. I would hope.

Perhaps a more in depth legal defination is in order. From Black's:

I'd say that touching a person anywhere they wouldn't want to be touched when they're unable to stop you is assault. Call it rape or something else, it's wrong.
