Types of humor you don't find funny

buddy comedies. It is all the same really. Cops from two different backgrounds struggle to understand each others culture while hunting the baddies. At the end they adopt part of the others culture which is 'out of the norm' for thier race (like a cowboy listening to rap and vice versa)

I don't like what I call obvious humor. It just doesn't make me laugh. There are shows that have people calling other people ugly or something and the crowd just goes berzerk. No, not funny to me.

I love sarcastic, dark and intelligent humor. I love physical comedy if it's done right.

most physical comedy is unfunny.

I hate comedians who curse their way through their comedy. I do not find it funny, I understand you have to throw it in, but everyother word to be a 4 letter word, get's way old.

Mean humor. I hate to see people being picked on. Sure, it's funny if you're doing it in a lighthearted manner. I guess that would be teasing. You get what I'm saying.

I have never been a Friends fan, I was more of a Seinfeld fan.

Humor that isn't really funny at all. People just saying stupid things for attention.

And, I also don't like humor that picks on people with disabilities.

to me, just like everything else, comedy has been dumbed down for the masses...as if having to think a little to get the joke is somehow pretentious...people point to Richard Pryor for the cursing, but his was done with such context that you never lost sight of the joke...Redd Foxx was a funny MF because the joke was still there under all of his cursing....

granted, I'll go for some low brow shit like Dodgeball or Beerfest...but for the most part it just doesn't do it for me...

i don't like comedy where other cultures or subcultures get targeted as 'weird' or undesirable. i'm basically describing that 'mind of mencia' dude's whole stand-up routine. i think it's lazy and irresponsible, and barely "comedy".

I like weird comedy - look up Ross Noble on youtube. Most other stuff is pretty shit to me.
