I'm trying to figure out what kind of a baked potato person I am. I usually just go with butter and/or sour cream, but I feel it's time to branch out.

What do you put on your baked potato? Tell me. I want to know. DO IT

I'm really not a fan of the baked potato, but when faced with one, I usually keep it simple. Butter, a tiny bit of salt and plenty of pepper.

i just discovered the instant baked potato. it's total bachelor pad cooking. it's wrapped in plastic and you throw it in the microwave for 8 minutes and then it's done. it's probably dipped in plutonium or something, but oh well. it's fast and one tater fills me up for the night. i'm thinking i may want to top it with broc or cauliflower so it's not as much of a starch fiesta.

sometimes i like my baked potato with melted cheese, sourcream, chives, bacon bits and butter.

My mother used to make them quickly by poking holes in it with a fork, microwaving for a short time, then wrapping them in tin foil when they came out. They seriously continued cooking for several minutes after.
