How are you feeling today?

Me? well, thanks for asking. I'm a little tired. I have a general feeling of being not quite achieving my fullest potential.

i'm cranky.

it's as hot as hell outside and all i want to do is sleep in my bed with it's new foam egg crate with the air conditioner on blast.

instead i'm at school "studying" and at 4pm i have to walk the dogs in the evil heat. fortunately, it's the last day that my group has to walk the dogs. The air conditioning at school is fine but it would be better if i could enjoy it on my bed and in my underwear or pj's.

i smell funny, too. probably from all the heat and the dogs.


i'm also as hungry as hell. no matter what i eat, it doesn't fill me up. grrrr....

I'm hot and sticky, but I feel awesome. Tanning and swimming in the pool helps with this weather.

I'm actually in a pretty good mood. I'm finding humor in almost everything, which isn't too new for me, but it's always nice. Funny thing is, it's pretty gray outside so it's not the weather making me all happy. I think I'm just in a good mood because I got a good sleep last night and I found some new good music to listen to.

Try taking a viterman for that. That's often a sign of a phyical need. Or, drink alot of water. Sometimes the body gets confused. The body knows it needs fluids, but it thinks it want to get fluids from food.

i'm annoyed with quite a few people today.

me, i'm fine. kind of in a melancholy mode though. i guess i'm burnt out from working. the week end comes fast enough but goes even faster.
the point is, i'm glad i have a job to take care of me and mine, however i'm tired of the grind.
inspite of that....i have a lot to be thankful for. the sun is shinning beautifully, the weather is "my kind of hot", and i have all that i need.

all my children were here for father's day ( cept JT he is in canada all summer ) and what a wonderful father's day

ALSO... 17 yrs ago today ..a sunday also fathers day ...

i gave birth to JT ..it's his b-day and damn do i rock on giving TR a GREAT father day gift that yr huh ?

so ...i feel good... life is great

i'm feeling much better now. i'm finally back at home, on my nice comfy bed and the weather has really cooled off nicely.

i had a huge meal and now i don't feel quite as hungry but i am still a little hungry.

but bed time is soon, so i guess i'll just being having sleep for dinner.

Mixed. My dad wanted to hang out at a casino for father's day, and it being his day, I went. But casinos profoundly depress me. All of these zombies in front of slot machines, most of them spending money they don't really have. . . all of this false opulence. . . bah. Hate it. And I had to act like I was having fun. Unfortunately, he had to leave for work while I was gone. . . I'd like to thank him in person.

Now I'm gonna go walk my dog and do laundry. . . I wish I had one more weekend day.
