OK I NEED TO KNOW GUYZ AND FRAGRANCES- SURVEY FOR TV INTERVIEW.

LOL!! I think I can think of alotta fragrances guys like to smell on girls but i want to make an unofficial poll of it, incase my list is rusty or it needs further additions to it.

OK. So im gonna be interviewed on what fragrancez guyz like to smell on girlz. I have come to learn through my experience in the fragrance industry- that fragrances with prominent musk, vanilla and/or tonka bean notez (createz chocolatey scents like Angel,Wish, Hypnotic Poison, Euphoria and the likez) as well as alot of oriental fragrances have caused some sort of frenzied reaction ( i think i should leave some guys alone with the fragrance strip ). I believe this is alwayz subjective to the individual, but in these circumstances i am forced to generalise a little, and hey i dont mind this one time!

So...ok girls can do this too- if you wanna tell stories of personal experience go right ahead.

The Hanae Mori is THE BEST perfume I've ever purchased, I think I'll stick with it forever Lots of these have vanilla & I'm surprised the Hanae Mori doesn't but I tend to lean toward vanilla/musk/oriental scents. I like all of these:

I find any alcohol-based perfume to be....well, the smell is just not for me, to be honest actually... some are ok, I guess, in moderation... can't stand it when someone OWNS the room with perfume, as it were

... favourites are vanilla essences occasionally ... but *gasp* I actually like the natural smell of my girlfriend, coupled with her showering regularly, of course, quite well.

But yeah, vanilla essences and coconut are good, in moderation. I have perhaps what some might call a sensitive sense of smell so I can't handle a lot of perfumes very well.

my man ( ) really loved how The Body Shop's "Zinzibar" smelled on me

very light, but spicy like a ginger spice

I've worn Poeme for years, and have always had very good reactions to it.

...I absolutely flip for a woman wearing Eternity....

every guy I have been with said they hate perfume will not go in through the front door of MYER because of the perfum counter!

Also- if you could stick to designer fragrancez too- that would be helpful.

I appreciate that there are some who don't prefer fragrancez- n thatz cool!! But i really just wanna find out the fragrancez that DO cause a reaction (not repulsive )

Lolita Lempicka is looking like a winner in this thread so far Has tonka bean, and aniseed in it, so its rich and has a licorice scent about it!

I like heavy musky "classic" scents. I don't really care for a lot of modern fragrances which smell like fabric conditioner, hair-gel or glue to me.



Versace, L'Homme. Smells like a cross between a rich fruit-cake and marijuana.



Aramis. The original. Sort of reminds me of the interior of a new car. Definite leather smell.



Dunhill, Man. It smells like sweat - but in a good way.

I've been wearing 'Laura' by Laura Biagiotti for over ten years. It's a very subtle fragrance, so many people don't realize I'm wearing perfume until I'm telling them. But I'm often told I smell nice.

I find that some fragrances that smell lovely on other women smell like cat's piss on me. Do you know why that is?

... the ones I picked earlier are the ones that always smell nice on me, or attract comments (hence me buying them more often). My husband loves me wearing Obsession - he always says I smell lovely when I wear it. I don't know what that says about me the rest of the time though.
