No shit! How old was Bria when this song was written? 10 maybe? If this particular lyric piece is about someone specific, I'd bet it would be someone Prince was dating in 1985, not in 2010!

I always thought he was referring to shoe sizes in the united states since they (normally) don't go up past a size 15. Don't shoe size charts in Europe use another form of measurement, which would make the lyrics a bit confusing for someone who doesn't wear a size 9 shoe (or, like me, a size 13) | |
