was listening to my 2004 - present day section on my pod [amazing how time flies on a 6 hour round trip drive!!] , anyways this track really jumped out as a steller effort, the horn stab, the accoustic guitar, the great Eastern style percussion at the end and above all else the lovesexy sounding guitar driving the whole thing. Anyone else lovin' this.

That's my favorite song on the album. It was an immediate standout for me. I don't much care for the lyrics (not that they're bad; they just don't resonate with me), but the care he took for the song itself, the vocals, and particularly the guitar all made me stand up and pay attention when I first heard it. Still love it.

Yeah this song rocks.

I love it too, but there is a line about 'spiders and sticky glue' that make me cringe a bit. apart from that it is a nice tune.

A rare inspired moment from the least inspired period of his career.

AWESOME track - by far my favourite since the Rainbow Children album. IMO probably the only track, of this period, that could be termed a "Prince classic" - I genuinely believe it is "up there" with the Prince greats !!

When I first heard this I didn't like it. But I had been listening to so much new Prince music at one time that it just didn't fit in with the tracks I'd been favouriting.

Some music you can put as background music and enjoy but this track demands full attention and real listening to be fully appreciated. I really have to stop everything now when I listen to make sure I don't miss a second. And it always gets a repeat hit.

Only Prince could pull off a sensual "Gospel" song.

love this song. it's songs like this that convince me that he's still "got it" when he tries. or maybe this kind of stuff only comes to him occasionally any more. either way, it's a standout on that album and one of the stand-outs in the "Nu-Prince" era of the last 6 years. and the spirituality isn't over-bearing or heavy-handed.

One of my favourite songs on 3121, the best Prince CD since Gold Exp. The song is catchy with unique arrangements that don't remind me of any other Prince song. I always think that is quite amusing:) I dig it when Prince flashes originality

Wait...I'm not done...compare this to ANYTHING from the Lovesexy era and it doesn't hold a candle! Eye No, Rebirth of the Flesh, Lovesexy...thems be real songs with real production and heart, and way more spiritually profound. Man, it's like the difference with Superman when he's under a red sun or a yellow sun. Ofcourse, there's only one Son, and that's Jesus Christ, son of Jehovah (JUST KIDDING!!!!!)
